REQUEST for RENTAL

DLCC is a DESIGNATED NON-SMOKING FACILITY

- Your rental is not secured OR confirmed until damage deposit is received by DLCC!

RENTAL PACKAGES

Main Hall / Kitchen / Bar Area.
Event from  8pm to 2am. (Unless otherwise specified.)

The Main Hall which is can handle 250 people in a meeting style set up, approx 180 - 220 seated at tables;

Includes: Set up & tear down time before and after, fountain drinks, 2 bartenders at $75 per, coffee, tea, coffee/beer/drink cups.
$850 (Plus Damage Deposit)

Main Hall / Kitchen / Bar Area (No alcohol) for birthdays, showers, meetings etc.

The Main Hall which is can handle 250 people in a meeting style set up, approx 180 - 220 seated at tables;

Event 4 hours. $25 for each additional hour.
Includes: Set up & tear down time.
$150 (Plus Damage Deposit)

Common Room
Event 4 hours. $25 for each additional hour.

The Common Room, which can handle approx 70 people in a meeting style, 30 people seated at tables.  It also has a pool table, dart board and Foosball table.

Includes: Set up & tear down time, use of Pool and Foosball tables.

$100 (Plus Damage Deposit)

Silver Room for birthdays, showers, meetings etc.
Event 4 hours. $25 for each additional hour.

The Silver Room has a capacity of approx 12-18 people.  It is designed for small birthday parties or business meetings.

Includes: Set up & tear down time.
$75 (Plus Damage Deposit)

Skate Room for birthdays, showers, meetings etc.
Event 4 hours. $25 for each additional hour.

The Skate Room has a capacity of approx 30 people in meeting style, 20 people seated at tables.

Includes: Set up & tear down time.
$50 (Plus Damage Deposit)

Above total DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Additional hours beyond the standard for each package.
$200 Damage Deposit
(returned after event cleanup).

  • FULL PAYMENT due 48 hours prior to event.
  • $200 Damage Deposit due upon booking event.
  • Starting and ending times of all functions are to be strictly adhered to. The space is only reserved for the times indicated. Setup and dismantle times must be specified at the time of the formal booking. Personal effects must be removed from the Community Centre at the end of each function unless prior arrangements are made.
  • DLCC is a designated NON-SMOKING FACILITY.
